I have been advised by NY Attorney General to not prescribe Ivermectin to New York state residents

Updated: Jan 2, 2022

On December 20, 2021 I received a letter from the office of the Attorney General of New York that advises me to cease and desist from prescribing ivermectin to residents of New York state and advertising on the FLCCC website as a provider who will prescribe ivermectin.

The letter states that the FLCCC is misleading the publie cocerning the use of ivermectin in treating or preventing Covid-19 infections.

I have never in my career as a physician gave false or misleading information to a patient.

Sadly, I must abide by the New York Attorney General's statement to no longer write ivermectin prescriptions.

I am committed and will continue to consult and advise my patients regarding their Covid-19 treatment including but not limited to the administration of monoclonal antibodies and other treatments effective for the relief of immediate and long-term Covid-19 infections.

Below is a copy of the letter from the New York Attorney General's office. (Although it is dated November 23, 2021, I received it yesterday, December 20, 2021, it was postmarked December 16, 2021)
